REFUND / RETURN POLICY

1. General Refund Policy

1. All course fees are Non-Refundable.
2. After admission, no full or partial refund will be provided under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refund may be considered only in special cases, at the discretion of the management:

✔ If the institute is unable to start the batch

1. A 100% refund may be provided if the batch is not started within 30 days of admission.

✔ Administrative Errors

1. If the student is admitted to the wrong course due to an internal error.

3. Batch Change / Course Change

1. Batch changes are allowed only if seats are available.
2. Changing the course is permitted within 5 days of admission.
3. If the new course has a higher fee, the student must pay the difference.

4. Online Courses Refund

1. Fees for online courses or digital study materials will not be refunded after access is provided.
2. Technical issues will be supported, but no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Processing Time

1. If a refund is approved under exceptional cases, it will be processed within 7–14 working days.
